Competitive
Women's team
Women's volleyball training in Abu Dhabi, twice a week with a professional coach, and the chance to compete for Oasis. Ages 18+ with basic skills. Your first session is free.
- Play in the UAE National League, debuting in 2026/27
- Friendly games and tournaments in Abu Dhabi and Dubai
- Entry fees covered for at least 4 games a season
- Season runs September to June, with breaks for Ramadan and UAE holidays

Every session is planned and run by our professional coach, with drills for each level, from first touches to match tactics.

Where can I play volleyball in Abu Dhabi?
At our mixed social games: Monday 8–10 pm at ICS Khalidiya and Friday 9–11 pm at Raha International School, Khalifa City. 35 AED, ages 16+. Sign up in our app.
Can beginners join?
Yes. Complete beginners are welcome at our social games and ladies-only games. The women's team needs basic skills, and your first session is free.
How much is women's team training?
100 AED a session, 500 AED a calendar month, or 3,000 AED for the full season (prorated if you join late). Your first session is free.
Are there ladies-only games?
Yes, about once a month for 70 AED. Join the Ladies Only WhatsApp group for invites.
How do payments and cancellations work?
Pay by Aani or bank transfer. For social games, pay at least 24 hours before the game or you'll move to the waitlist. If you cancel later than 24 hours before, please still pay or find someone to take your spot.
Do you have volleyball for kids?
Coming soon for boys and girls from age 5. Register your interest and we'll contact you when sign-ups open.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes, 500 AED an hour with our coach, plus the cost of the gym.
What should I bring?
Clean indoor sports shoes, sportswear and water. Knee pads are optional. Bring your Emirates ID for Raha International School (digital is fine).
